Why do the gems appear to be disabled or greyed out?

Hidden gems that are disabled may have been detected and determined to be 'out of season', thus they appear greyed out. Our AI model does this while processing each individual gem, ensuring the most precise itinerary that matches your original travel intentions.

Why does the gem I tried to pull into the bucket list not appear when using the 'Add Gem' feature from Blog / YouTube / Post?

We're working on making our model more accurate at picking out gems every day and ensuring the most accurate tagging. Some workarounds at getting the most accurate result include uploading an exact image of the gem for our AI model to capture the exact place you want. Please allow for mistakes to happen as long form videos or reels may yield varying results. If such a scenario exists, we would appreciate a quick note about the gem you wanted uploaded and the result you got at product@tribel.app or through the mobile app's Get Support page.

I accidentally changed the dates of my trip and lost the progress I made when sorting gems to the right date, how can I get the setup again?

Unfortunately, when you select new dates that fall out of the trip's original dates, which may happen from time to time when you are undecided on when a trip should happen, the system does not currently support carrying over your previous preferences into your newly selected dates. It will pull everything back into the "To sort" page, so that you can rearrange them based on the new dates. The reason why this is the case is that gems have varying visiting hours and days, and you may end up not being able to visit at the same timings.

How can I delete my Tribel account?

On the mobile app, if you go to the main dashboard, click the "More" button (3 dots icon) and then "My Profile", you will be able to see a red "Delete Account" button which will let you delete the account. We will not be able to recover your data after that.

How do I export my data?
